Thanks to my friend Jesse for forwarding this from the GoGratitude listserv, and thanks to Stacey Robyn for her beautiful work! If you have not yet experienced it, it is time to visit the GoGratitude website.

~~~~~~~~~~~
Imagine ME standing at the edge of a calm reflection pool. Look into the watery mirror below ... What do you see?
Now let's make sure the viewpoint is clear . . . you are facing ME, with just enough distance between to glimpse both ME and the clear mirrored image beneath. Now what do you see?
You might wonder, 'Why ME?' What's so special about "ME"?
Everything . . . as you will Now see WE is the mirrored reflection of ME:
ME
__
WE
You see?
This insight, this truth mirrored by waking time, is so simple yet profoundly inspiring I awoke this morning feeling a direct call to share this insight with YOU.
Why today? Today we celebrate the Equinox, a time of mirrored light balancing both hemispheres, and an opportunity to reflect on our current intentions and manifestations.
For those in the Northern hemisphere this is a time of re-birthing, for planting seeds and nurturing them with Love, Respect and Gratitude.
These may be seeds sprouting nutritious crops as well as empowering intentions, dynamic relationships or Global possibilities for sustainable change.
For those in the Southern hemisphere, this is a time of harvest, celebration and abundance. This is a time to efficiently store available resources, make note of beneficial practices, and give thanks for our collective wisdom, powers of manifestation, and creative nature.
During the Equinox an equal amount of light and dark is present to balance the North and South hemispheres of Earth. 12 hours of light and 12 hours of dark. Now imagine this day represents a reflection of what IS and what will BE. By expressing Gratitude for what IS, we confirm our conscious choice of anifestations, and prompt the universe to continue delivery.
In giving thanks Now for what will BE, we are energetically attracting these intentions into our reality.
Now you may remember, some years ago, our Hopi elders shared an insight saying, 'We are the One's we've been waiting for.' Who knew all we had to do was peer into the waters, to see WE is ME. The One. Simply amazing!
As Gratitude is a give/receive process, so is the Equinox. On this day of mirrored light, let us remember to say 'Thank you, Water, for being here to mirror our Divinity, our consciousness, our presence in the world.' Infinite thanks flows out to YOU, as well, for taking a stand - for remembering believing IS seeing and being the change WE wish to see in the world.
Thank you for allowing ME to join with you as WE create our world wide wave of Gratitude!
in Love and Gratitude,
Stacey Robyn
Okay, all y'all out in LJ-land! This is my big V-Day plea going out to you, asking for your help to spread Gigantic True Love On The Entire Planet. February 14 is only Day 1. Go forth and proliferate!
I invite you to allow Nanci Olesen's well-spoken words to wash over you. They were re-broadcast during Tom Crann's All Things Considered this afternoon, but may be found eternally (I hope) at MOMbo.org.
In addition, I'd like to share with you the latest version of my EarthFusion Luv Mix. (It's not official EarthFusion stuff...just my expression of love for this awesome project and the group of people working on it.) If you don't subscribe to an online streaming service and you'd like a copy, tell me where you get your mail, and I'll shoot you out a disc. At the very least, be sure to click on the last track and absorb Harry's radiance.
